The Office of the SAMAHAN Treasurer aims to establish a well-financed, transparent, and resourceful student government that can utilize its funds to meet its goals and implement its mandates. The Office is composed of the following deputies: Finance Secretary and Finance Undersecretaries.
SAMAHAN Logistics Department, formerly SAMAHAN Task Force, is a department under the Office of the SAMAHAN Treasurer. The logistics arm of the SAMAHAN is in charge of the different logistical works such as procurement and canvassing of equipment and materials; keeping records and supervision of office equipment and materials; preparing, creating, and organizing physical event materials. The department's primary goal is to make the SAMAHAN Office and events physically organized, safely keep the equipment, and assist SAMAHAN in their operations.
SAMAHAN Sponsorship and Support is a vital arm of the SAMAHAN Central Board of Ateneo de Davao University that serves as the bridge between student organizations and both internal and external partners. It is committed to building meaningful collaborations that empower student-led initiatives through strategic partnerships, resource generation, and sustainable support.
On June 20, 2025, the SAMAHAN Central Board facilitated an online consultative forum via Zoom to present and discuss the proposed adjustments to the DCB SAMAHAN Fee and the SAF for A.Y. 2025–2026. The activity served as a required procedural step to gather student feedback and ensure that the collective position of the student body is represented in the decision-making process. Students were invited to participate through an online registration form.
The Ateneo All-Access: Resource Vault, led by the Office of the SAMAHAN Treasurer in partnership with the SNSD, provides students with a centralized repository of items available for borrowing. The initiative aims to support the Ateneo community by making resources more accessible, encouraging shared use, and keeping the student body on the move with their academic, organizational, and personal needs.
Magis Gala 2025 was held on July 21–23, marking the official kickoff of the academic year through a series of community-building activities and celebrations. The event welcomed students into the new school year with the theme of movement and discovery, emphasizing growth, engagement, and the Ateneo spirit of MAGIS as the community embarks on a new year of shared experiences.
